How can I create a collection to index content within a database?

To index a content within a database you need to create a database collection.

Creating a new database collection is the same as creating other types of collections. You will need to create a new collection, provide a unique name for the collection, and select the collection Type as Database. Once the new collection is created, you have to give the mandatory values in the path tab and settings tab.

You can create a Database search collection by following the steps below.

1. After logging in to the Admin Console, click on the Create Collection button. The Create Collection screen will now be displayed.
2. Select the collection type Database collection
3. Enter a unique name for your collection (for example, dbcollection).
4. Click Create to create the collection.
